We captured Benjy Bradshaw’s show “Dirty Pop” with two hand-held cameras: a primary professional rig for crystal-clear, broadcast-quality footage and a vintage camcorder to a inject warm, nostalgic texture. By weaving between these sources in the edit, we maintained the immediacy of his live performance while adding that evocative, retro feel.
Our precision color grading balanced the camcorder’s film-like warmth with the main camera’s sharp clarity, showcasing both Benjy’s stage presence and the venue’s intimate atmosphere. Finally, our sound mix and mastering seamlessly blended the live audio feed with Rockwood’s ambient acoustics, delivering a polished, immersive listening experience.

We captured Lauren Marcus’s soulful set at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 2 using a hand-held single-camera approach, allowing us to move with the music and seize spontaneous moments. Our team leaned into agile cinematography—steady enough for broadcast quality, nimble enough to weave between performers and audience—so viewers feel as if they’re right on stage.
In post, we applied precision color grading to enhance the venue’s tones and spotlight Lauren’s dynamic presence, while preserving the raw energy of the live performance. Our sound mix and mastering integrated the live feed with ambient hall acoustics, balancing vocals and instrumentation for a polished, immersive audio experience.
